Patty Peterson - Vocals Patty began singing as a child at concerts and recording sessions, and today is an award winning vocalist, live jazz radio host, and inspirational speaker. Patty also appears in numerous live and in studio productions for national recording artists and commercials. As a vocalist, Patty has performed to sold-out audiences all over the country including Vibrato, Catalina’s Jazz Club and The Jazz Bakery in Los Angeles, California. In addition, Patty received the coveted Minnesota Music Award 7 times for best vocalist as well as best jazz recording and in 2010 she was inducted into the Mid America Hall of Fame. Patty has released 4 solo recordings, featuring the likes of Sheila E., David Hazeltine, Stokley Williams, and Ira Sullivan, as well as her mother, Jeanne Arland Peterson and her brothers, Billy Peterson, Ricky Peterson and Paul Peterson. Patty is currently working on her 5th solo recording for a 2019 fall release date. Patty is also a radio personality on KBEM Jazz 88 in Minneapolis.

St. Paul Peterson – Bass and Vocals Prince discovered Paul Peterson, aka “St Paul,” and enlisted him as a keyboard player in “The Time” for the movie “Purple Rain.” Paul then took the lead vocalist spot in the Prince produced group “The Family” before becoming a solo artist and scoring hits for MCA and Atlantic Records. Paul has recorded, toured or written with Steve Miller, Peter Frampton, Prince, George Benson, Oleta Adams, Kenny Loggins, and Morris Day and The Time to name a few. Paul has recently put together "St Paul and the Mpls Funk All Stars," consisting of musicians and producers who helped to create the Mpls Sound. Paul also has a 16 piece orchestra that plays at many of the top galas in the Mpls/St Paul area, appropriately titled the Paul Peterson Orchestra.
Sean Turner – Keys Sean is an in-demand keyboardist, composer, orchestrator, and arranger. His compositions and orchestrations have been recorded at Warner Brothers Studios and utilized by Delta Airlines, Sony, Oprah, E! Entertainment, MTV, Lifetime Network, Target, The Food Network, American Express, Discovery Channel among many others. Sean holds a Master’s Degree in Orchestration from the University of Chichester, England. He served as a Department Head in the areas of Keyboard and Composition/Songwriting as well as Director of Graduate Studies at McNally Smith College of Music. Currently, Sean serves as Head of Contemporary Music for Incarnation Lutheran Church in Shoreview and is an adjunct teacher of contemporary keyboard at Macalester College in St Paul. For the past several years, Sean has been Patty Peterson’s Musical Director. Patty and Sean are currently in production with her up and coming new solo recording to be released in the fall of 2019.
Bobby Vandell – Drums and Vocals Bobby is a founding member and leader of the band considered to be a Minnesota musical institution, The TC Jammers. Bobby has worked with Lamont Cranston, The Steeles, The legendary Doug Maynard Band, The Hoopsnakes, Mick Sterling and the Stud Brothers. He was also the original drummer in Dr. Mambos Combo. On the national and international level, Bobby has worked with Jesse Johnson’s Revue, Bonnie Raitt, The Shirelles, The Marvellettes and Lipps Inc just to mention a few. Bobby has been awarded a Minnesota Music Award for best drummer and his TC Jammers have been awarded multiple Minnesota Music Awards for best band. Bobby was part of the touring band performing the # 1 song in the world at the time, “Funkytown.”
Billy Franze – Guitar and Vocals Billy is probably best known for playing in the legendary Dr. Mambos Combo of which he is a founding member. Billy and “The Combo” can still be found every Sunday and Monday night at Bunkers Music Bar and Grill in Minneapolis. On the National scene, Billy was the guitarist and musical director for Pebbles in 1988 and was handpicked by Prince to tour Europe with Mavis Staples. Billy began working with Jonny Lang as his bassist in 2000. Billy also has been honored with five Minnesota Music Awards for Guitarist of the year.
Ronny Loew – Sax Ronny is known for his rich, expressive tone, his soulful interpretation of melodies, and his rhythmic, blues inspired soloing style. When he is not on tour, Loew is a freelance saxophone player with Minneapolis bands, Mick Sterling, Patty Peterson and Friends, Shaun Johnson's Big Band Experience, Genesis Jazz Orchestra and his own Ronny Loew Band. As both a leader and sideman, Ronny has performed in the US, Europe and Asia visiting 159 cities in 16 countries.
